Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in Hamilton, Ontario!
What you’re responsible for:
Sorting and segregating different types of metal materials
Assisting in the loading and unloading of metal materials
Conducting basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work areas
Performing basic woodworking to create or repair frames
Following safety protocols and ensuring a safe working environment
Collaborating with team members to meet production goals
Adhering to company policies and procedures
Qualifications
To join our team:
Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment, including repetitive lifting up to 50lbs
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Willingness to learn and perform various tasks
Ability to use basic hand and power tools
Commitment to workplace safety and strict adherence to safety guidelines
Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
Familiarity with metals is considered an asset
Comfortable working in a loud, dusty, fast paced, industrial environment
