Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of various facilities and equipment.
Responsibilities:
– Perform general tasks such as framing,drywall installation , carpentry work, Floor tiling,vinyl installation,door installation
– Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify and resolve issues.
– Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed.
– Respond promptly to maintenance requests from clients,basic plumbing
– Ensure that all maintenance activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Skills:
– Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role.
– Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools.
– Strong knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
– Excellent problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Applicant should have own tools and vehicle like truck/van.
our company is into renovations, construction of legal basement. employee will have to purchase the material too. van fuel will be re-imbursed

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
