– Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
– Administer local anesthesia and perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals
– Provide preventive dental care including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants
– Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and proper dental care
– Collaborate with dental specialists for complex cases or referrals
– Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

– Minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed dentist
– Proficient in medical coding and billing procedures
– Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy practices
– Strong understanding of infection control protocols and aseptic techniques
– Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation standards
– Experience using Eaglesoft or similar dental practice management software
– Ability to take and interpret dental x-rays
– Competency in performing pediatric dentistry procedures
– Proficient in taking vital signs and monitoring patient’s overall health
