About Us:
Central Pharmacy Services is a division of Loblaw/Shoppers Drug Mart that centrally fills prescriptions for patients and provides other prescription processing services. These centralized services enable the Pharmacist and team at Shoppers Drug Mart locations to spend their time focusing on what is important – the patient! What You’ll Do:
Prepare totes for shipping
Package and sort prescriptions into shipping totes
Track prescriptions in central fill software to ensure medications filled and delivered on time
Operate and maintain ParataMax automation used in the production of vials (replenish inventory and pre-production vials, change prescription labels, clean machine as required)
Operate and maintain Tompkins Robotics automation
Operate and maintain CountAssist automation
Ensure proper storage, handling, disposal of drugs and return to stock in accordance with SOPs
Troubleshoot automation
Report automation issues to vial production team leads
Other duties in production line as required
Follow Standard Operating Procedures and Team Lead direction, and adhere to all legal requirements, including provincial and federal regulations and bylaws.
