Dalton Denture Clinic Inc. is a growing, modern denture practice seeking a reliable, organized, and hardworking Clinic Administrator to support daily operations and help deliver an exceptional patient experience.
This role is ideal for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to build a long-term career in a professional healthcare environment. We are looking for a team member who takes pride in organization, patient care, and contributing to all aspects of clinic operations.
Previous dental or medical administrative experience is preferred but not required — structured training will be provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk reception and phone communication
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments accurately and efficiently
- Communicate professionally with patients and insurance providers (in person and over the phone)
- Submit and track insurance claims
- Review, organize, and maintain invoices and receipts
- Maintain organized patient records and clinic documentation
- Assist in ensuring patient comfort and a positive clinic experience
- Refill, restock, and organize clinic supplies as needed
- Perform basic janitorial and cleaning duties (mopping, garbage removal, tidying, etc.)
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment at all times
- Occasionally assist with clinical and laboratory tasks within training scope
- Participate in various aspects of clinic operations to support smooth day-to-day functioning
- Carry out additional duties as reasonably assigned to support clinic efficiency and patient care

Ideal Candidate
- Previous administrative or customer service experience (preferred but not required)
- Experience working directly with patients or clients, both in person and over the phone
