The role:
To accommodate our rapid expansion, we are excited to announce the addition of two Full Stack Engineers to our
dynamic
development team. In this pivotal role, you’ll collaborate daily with our engineering team, playing a crucial role in the company’s future. Your primary focus will be:
Developing and Implementing New Features:
You’ll be at the forefront of building
innovative
product features, primarily in Ruby on Rails, which directly contribute to the user experience and functionality of our products, as well as backend improvements that provide real value.
Enhancing Technical Infrastructure:
Your expertise will be key in bolstering our technical backbone, ensuring scalability and efficiency as we grow.
Refining Processes and Practices:
As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll not only contribute to code but also help in optimizing our development methodologies, enhancing the overall effectiveness and productivity of the team.
The responsibilities:
Collaborative
Problem Solving
and Solution Development:
Work in close partnership with our product and support teams to thoroughly understand various challenges and opportunities.
Your role
will involve crafting and owning high-quality,
impactful
solutions that meet our objectives.
Full Stack Development and Implementation:
Take charge of designing, testing, and deploying comprehensive full-stack solutions. Your work will span across various aspects of our tech stack (Ruby on Rails, Postgres
SQL), ensuring a cohesive and efficient system.
Lifecycle Ownership:
Embrace responsibility for the entire software development lifecycle of the code you develop. From initial design to deployment and maintenance, your involvement will be critical at every stage.
Team Collaboration
and
Process Improvement
:
Actively engage with our engineering team to refine development processes. Your input will be valuable in tackling technical complexities and in conducting insightful code Issue Analysis:
Coordinate with our support team to delve into complex technical issues. Your
analytical skills
will be key in identifying and resolving these challenges effectively.
We want to work with you if you:
Have a solid background in software development and thrive on solving complex problems
Have contributed significantly to at least one full lifecycle software development project, demonstrating your capability to see a project from conception to completion.
Possess experience working with SaaS applications and
agile development
approaches
