Overview:

We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and administrative tasks. Experience with social media marketing, medical office procedures, and proficiency in organizational skills are highly valued. We use Jane software. Preference will be given to those who have experience with Jane software in multidisciplinary clinic.

Responsibilities:

– Greet and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner
– Answer and direct phone calls using appropriate phone systems
– Manage appointments and schedules efficiently
– Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry

– communication via email, fax, phone to various insurance providers, doctor offices, lawyers etc

Skills:

– Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills
– Proficient in basic computer for basic accounting and tying tasks
– Familiarity with medical office procedures including Jane software is a plus
– Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
– Knowledge of Google Suite for office productivity
– Experience with phone systems for call handling
– Previous experience in an office or front desk role is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.75-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
