Freight Dispatcher (Full-Time) – Palmer, AK (In-Office)
We are hiring a full-time Freight Dispatcher to join our team in Palmer, Alaska. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for coordinating freight, supporting drivers, and ensuring loads move efficiently from pickup to delivery.
You’ll be dispatching a mix of flatbed, reefer, dry van, tanker, and oversized freight, so experience managing multiple freight types is highly preferred.
This role is a key part of our operation—ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and communicates well with both drivers and customers.
What You’ll Do:
- Dispatch and manage daily freight operations across multiple divisions
- Communicate with drivers to provide load details, updates, and support
- Coordinate with customers to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries
- Plan routes and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Maintain accurate load and communication records
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3+ years in the trucking industry
- At least 2 years of dispatch experience
- Experience with flatbed, reefer, dry van, tanker, or oversized freight preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and planning skills
- Ability to stay organized and handle a fast-paced environment

Pay:
- Salary will be based on experience and discussed during the hiring process
