Job Summary:
The Warehouse Inventory Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory levels of blank and printed T-shirts, supplies, and materials in the production warehouse. This role ensures the efficient flow of goods, proper storage, and timely stock replenishment to support the T-shirt printing process.
Job description

- Being on time and reliable daily.
- Stand for 8 hours.
- Follow all safety procedure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, count, and inspect incoming inventory, including blank apparel and printing materials.
- Accurately record inventory transactions in inventory management systems.
- Organize and label inventory in designated storage areas for easy access and tracking.
- Monitor stock levels and notify the supervisor of low or excess inventory.
- Assist in preparing and staging items for daily production runs.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in full inventory audits.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times.
