Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Crew Leader / Foreman with a proven track record in foundation repair and waterproofing. This is not an entry-level position. You will be the face of the company on the job site, responsible for leading a team, maintaining high-quality control standards, and ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Lead & Manage: Run a daily field crew, keeping the team motivated, on schedule, and focused on safety.
- On-Site Execution: Hands-on installation of waterproofing systems, foundation piers, crawlspace encapsulation, and structural repairs.
- Documentation: Handle daily job site paperwork, digital logs, and clear communication with the production office.
- Equipment Upkeep: Responsible for the care, maintenance, and accountability of company vehicles, tools, and heavy equipment.
- Customer Service: Maintain a professional demeanor and answer homeowner questions on-site.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience specifically in foundation repair and residential/commercial waterproofing.
- License: Must possess a valid, clean driver’s license (No major violations; insurable by our commercial policy).
- Leadership: Proven experience managing a crew and delegating tasks effectively.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift 75+ lbs, work in confined spaces (crawlspaces), and endure outdoor working conditions.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a problem-solving mindset.
Pay: $26.00 – $35.00 per hour
