About Chungchun Rice Hotdog
We are the first Korean Hotdog brand in Canada. We are fast growing company with 25 locations throughout Canada.
We make Korean Style Hot Dog which has a new trendy style by using sticky rice batter. The feature of Chungchun Rice Dog is sticky rice batter that is fermented for 120 minutes every morning. It has a chewy texture and crispy taste. Also, We Fry our hotdogs fresh on order using clean canola oil.
Full Job Description
Main Tasking:
1. Food/Order Preparation (Food handling)
2. Making Korean Hot Dogs (Cooking experience required)
3. Operating Hot Dog Fryer
4. Kitchen/Order management
5. Maintaining & Cleaning of Cooking area
6. Support of head-fryer in peak times (events or evening shifts)
Secondary Responsibilities – Low Traffic days:
1. Food/Material Prep
2. Customer Service & Order Taking (Low traffic basis)
3. Maintain cleanliness
Who are we looking for?
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Cooking experience required
Can keep cool and calm in a fast-paced, energetic work environment
Consider yourself a “people person,” and enjoy meeting others
Keeping work stations clean and organized to ensure the safety for everyone
Great communication skills and problem solving skills
Can handle POS, and variety of delivery apps
Assembling orders and packaging take-out and delivery
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
· Ability to lift up to 45lbs.
· Ability to move and clean throughout the store.
· Capacity to stand for long periods
· Comfortable around hot deep fryer and oil
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
10 hour shift
8 hour shift
Day shift
Holidays
Monday to Friday
Night shift
Weekends as needed
