Duties:
– Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
– Interact with customers, take orders, and provide excellent customer service

– Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
– Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption
– Upsell food and beverage items to increase sales
– Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately
– Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food orders
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in bartending or a related role preferred
– Knowledge of food handling, safety, and sanitation regulations
– Strong hospitality and customer service skills
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Basic math skills for cash handling and making change
– Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (e.g., kegs)
– Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
