We’re looking for an experienced and driven Food & Beverage Services Manager to lead our vibrant F&B operations and help take our guest experience to the next level. In this role, you’ll oversee Banquets, Conference Centre, Restaurant/Lounge, In-Room Dining, and Made Market Cafe, while leading a talented team and driving revenue, service excellence, and profitability.

What You’ll Do:
As our Food & Beverage Service Manager, you will:
- Lead, coach, and inspire Food & Beverage team members across multiple outlets
- Lead the recruitment , and development employees and management to deliver exceptional guest service
- Build a positive team culture through strong communication and leadership
- Create and execute promotions to increase revenue and enhance guest satisfaction
- Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, labour costs, and productivity targets
- Oversee month-end inventories, costing, and financial analysis
- Maintain POS programming and support operational efficiency
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, quality, and service across all F&B outlets
- Support ongoing training compliance and workplace standards
- Work collaboratively with hotel leadership to achieve business goals
What You Bring:
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Experience driving promotions and increasing revenue
- Excellent guest service and employee relations skills
- Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
- POS programming experience is an asset
- Serve It Right Certification
Qualifications:
- Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent
- minimum 3 years of management experience in a high-volume Food & Beverage environment
