Salary: $65,000 per year, plus car
We seek adynamicand experienced Food and Beverage and Operation Manager tojoin our team. As the Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our food and beverage operations and manage the overall operations of our downtown location.
Responsibilities:
Maintain relationships with suppliers such as Molson, Sysco, Redbull, Matrix, Presto, etc.
Create new relationships with new suppliers for brand partnerships.
Manage the POS system.
Explore new solutions for more integrated and comprehensive systems as the company expands its services.
Control and order inventory and supplies throughout the fleet.
Keep up to date with consumption trends and create F&B combos and packages.
Produce onboard menus and displays.
Hire and train bar staff.
Manage downtown operations, including ticket sellers, dispatchers, ticket booths, and kiosks.
Train and hire ticket sellers and tour guides.
Schedule for ticket sellers, tour guides, cleaners, and bar staff.
Ensure timely departures on a daily basis.
Act as a liaison between the office and the boat managers for all charters.
Responsible for overallquality control, including boat cleanliness, onboard logistics, customer service standards, experience delivery, and visual reference points.
Maintain communications with the F&B manager, Shore Captain, Mechanical Engineer, and Sales manager.
Qualifications:
Experience in hotel management is an asset.
Strongleadershipand organizational skills.
Excellentcommunicationand interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of food and beverage operations.
Proficiency in both French and English is required.
