leadership
, directing and managing staff in the daily operations and prioritization of Zone facility services, contributing to the implementation and maintenance of standards, policies and procedures, job analysis, work flow routines, and staffing needs.
Plans, organizes and directs the Maintenance/operations department (for responsible sites) for the operation, maintenance and repair of the physical Plant, buildings and grounds, as well as associated hospital and kitchen equipment, to support the function of the facilities and to meet the needs of the patients, clients, and staff. Responsible to oversee and coordinate construction projects under $50,000; to participate in the tendering and awarding of service/renovation contracts and ensure proper implementation (i.e. standards maintained) and minimal interference with hospital staff and services.

education
related to Maintenance and Operations 3 years
leadership
experience in facilities management and at least 1 year experience in managing employees and resources required 3 years experience in a healthcare setting considered an asset Commitment to promoting a culture that supports safety,
