With 140 successful years in the industry, Krug is well recognized as a leader in the design & manufacture of high-quality business and healthcare furniture. Currently we are seeking a Foamer to work with our manufacturing team at our Seating Division located in Kitchener, reporting to our Team Leader – Upholstery.
Responsibilities:
Glue foam according to production list.
Inspect parts for missing t-nuts or upholstery grooves prior to foaming.
Inspect wood parts for defects.
Spray glue on seats and backs of chairs.
Pinch the foam with fingers/hands to seats and backs.
Ensure the proper foam is used.
Inspect foam, after received from the supplier.
Maintain the spray gun and booth.
Set up foam parts for start of next shift.
Transportation duties if necessary
Perform all responsibilities/services in accordance with company Quality Assurance procedures.
Requirements:
– Grade 12 education or equivalent.
– Organizational skills are a must.
– Must wear a respirator.
– Day Shift 7am – 3:30pm
