Position Overview
We’re hiring a Fleet & Equipment Services Technician to support our fleet, equipment, and facility operations. This is a primarily in-yard role, with occasional field support. This is not a certified diesel mechanic role—instead, it’s ideal for someone mechanically inclined who can handle preventative maintenance, light repairs, equipment service, and facility support.
What You’ll Do
- Perform A-level preventative maintenance (PMs) on fleet vehicles and service equipment
- Diagnose and complete light-to-moderate mechanical repairs
- Service and maintain: ○ Fuel tanks & pumps ○ DEF systems & totes ○ Fuel management systems
- Support warehouse organization and yard operations
- Assist with equipment deliveries and occasional customer support
- Maintain service vehicles, tools, and inventory
- Help improve efficiency in maintenance and service processes
- Assist with facility and property upkeep
- Respond to equipment issues
What We’re Looking For
- Mechanically inclined (automotive, equipment, or similar experience preferred)
- Comfortable working hands-on with tools and equipment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
- Basic computer skills (Google Docs/Sheets a plus)
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (Chauffeur license required or willingness to obtain)
- Experience towing trailers preferred
- Ability to lift, move, and work in a physical environment
- Willingness to work occasional after-hours or emergency calls (as needed)

Compensation
