Finish Sprayers – Custom Cabinet Shop (Full-Time, overtime available)
Location: Bend, OR
Pay: $22 – 25/hr to start, with growth to $28 for experienced/high-performing sprayers
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6am – 2:30pm (overtime available)
Brian’s Cabinets is Central Oregon’s largest custom cabinet manufacturer, and we’re looking for a skilled finish sprayer to join our team. If you take pride in clean, consistent finishes and want steady, year-round work – you’ll fit in well here.

- Spraying high-quality finishes on custom cabinetry (not production-line)
- Working with a team that values consistency and craftsmanship
- Maintaining a clean, organized spray environment
- Contributing to a smooth, efficient finishing process

- Experience spraying wood finishes (2+ years preferred)

- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet
