Cliff’s Pools and Patios – Established, High-Volume Service Operation
We are seeking an experienced Service Operations Leader with direct pool industry knowledge. This is not an entry-level administrative role. We need someone who understands field service logistics, technician accountability, customer retention, and revenue growth.
If you have managed service technicians, driven service sales, and understand pool equipment inside and out — we want to speak with you. This role functions as the direct operational right arm to the Service Manager and is integral to daily execution of the service department.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations of pool service technicians
- Enforce technician accountability, route efficiency, and performance standards
- Drive service revenue through repair identification and equipment upgrade sales
- Serve as escalation point for customer issues and technical troubleshooting
- Oversee work order accuracy, scheduling, and operational workflow
- Ensure customer retention through proactive communication
- Support billing accuracy and service documentation compliance
Required Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years in pool service operations
- Proven experience supervising or managing field technicians
- Demonstrated service-based sales success
- Working knowledge of pumps, heaters, automation, filtration systems, and salt systems
- Experience with route management or service software
- Strong administrative and systems management capability
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish (not required)
