What You’ll Do
As a Finish Carpenter, you will oversee and perform a variety of remodeling and construction activities while ensuring projects meet Castile’s standards for quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:
- Constructing and remodeling kitchens and bathrooms according to project plans and specifications
- Performing high-quality finish carpentry and detailed craftsmanship
- Managing project schedules and maintaining budget awareness
- Coordinating with subcontractors and trade partners
- Communicating professionally with homeowners throughout the project
- Safely operating power tools and construction equipment
- Receiving and inspecting materials for quality and completeness
- Maintaining a company vehicle, trailer, tools, and jobsite equipment
- Keeping jobsites clean, organized, and safe
- Upholding Castile’s standards for quality, professionalism, and client care
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of carpentry and remodeling experience
- Strong finish carpentry skills and attention to detail
- Kitchen and bathroom remodeling experience preferred
- Ability to solve problems and adapt in the field
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 100+ pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent
Schedule
- Full-time position
- Monday through Friday
