HUB Associate – North Aurora

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a HUB Associate to work with a leading logistics and fulfillment company in North Aurora. This role is essential for maintaining efficient warehouse operations by ensuring products are accurately received, verified, and organized.

Shift patterns

• 1st shift: Wednesday to Saturday, 6 am to 4:30 pm

Pay rates

• 17.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for HUB Associate

• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours and perform physical tasks, including bending, lifting boxes, and moving pallets.
• Basic computer skills for data entry.

Desirable requirements for HUB Associate

• Previous warehouse or receiving experience is a plus.

Role for HUB Associate

• Receive shipments and verify product labels, quantities, and condition.
• Break down pallets, count boxes, and ensure product matches documentation.
• Enter inventory and shipment data accurately into the computer system.
• Build, wrap, and relocate pallets using a pallet jack.
• Organize products in designated warehouse areas.
