We are expanding our field marketing team and looking for driven, experienced professionals who are confident engaging customers face-to-face and delivering results.
Role Overview
This is a hybrid role with a strong focus on door-to-door marketing and community engagement.
You will be:
- Conducting door-to-door marketing (primary responsibility)
- Representing telecom services in residential neighborhoods
- Generating leads and providing quotes
- Following up with interested customers via phone when required
This is an outbound, field-based role — ideal for someone energetic, confident, and results-driven.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform door-to-door marketing and customer outreach
- Promote telecom products (internet, TV, home services)
- Engage customers, qualify needs, and present offers
- Generate leads and coordinate with internal teams to close sales
- Support MDU activations and community events
- Conduct follow-ups with warm leads via phone
- Track and manage leads effectively

What We’re Looking For
- Previous face to face marketing and/or sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable approaching customers in person
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Must have access to reliable transportation

Territories – Must be able to travel to:
Ingersoll and Tillsonburg, and surrounding areas
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
