What will be your daily pursuit? This position is located at the Banff Gondola. Supporting, coaching and inspiring the food and beverage team in the delivery of an exceptional hospitality culinary experience, fueling our guests and staff for adventure! This fun, seasonal job is posted as part of our hiring for spring/summer 2024. Compensation The starting salary for this position is $20.00 per hour.

Work closely with the food and beverage management team to ensure the highest standards of service are met Assist in the efficient supervision of the outlet’s staff
Leading the team
with a
positive attitude
and recognizing a job well done Providing daily oversight of F&B operations, including function and logistics organization, increasing sales and profitability, establishment and consistent delivery of exceptional guest service standards
P/L responsibility for all aspects of the restaurant
Assist with the recruitment, training, development and retention of high quality team members
Anticipate key issues and informational needs and be prepared to discuss ongoing performance and functions that will enhance the performance of food and beverage operations
Become deeply ingrained in the operations of food and beverage in order to drive employee satisfaction,

All day to day operational issues providing daily supervision to the restaurant
Assist with training, staffing, development, staff meetings, scheduling and payroll submissions
Assist with planning and execution of functions
Ordering, inventory and stock stake
Coding and remittance of all invoices
