professionalism
Ensure that the guests are made comfortable, informed of wait times and special events
Control seating to ensure service levels are maintained at the highest level
Provide an excellent first impression of the restaurant
Provide professional food and beverage service to all customers
Assist servers with all aspects of service
Maintain a clean and organized environment
Working with a radio, confirming with our kitchen reservations, and moving tables
Work with management to assign server sections to optimize the
guest experience
Take orders when required What skills and experience do you need for this job? High school or equivalent
education
Good
communication skills
, both verbal and written
Basic computer skills
Ability to
stand for up to 8 hours per day
Ability to
bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill cleaning tasks

lift up to 20 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 50 lbs. frequently
