What We Offer:
- Full-time position: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
- Compensation: Hourly wage + commission + bonuses
- Earning potential: $60,000 – $80,000+ in your first year
- Pre-licensing assistance: We’ll help you get licensed (if not already)
- One-on-one mentorship with a qualified and successful Farmers Agent
- Clear career path to Agency Ownership or Senior Producer role
- Multiple locations available across Southern California
Responsibilities:
- Learn and apply the Farmers Insurance sales and service process
- Work closely with mentor agent to meet sales and service goals
- Provide quotes and consult clients on insurance needs (auto, home, life, commercial, etc.)
- Follow up with leads and prospects
- Maintain compliance with licensing and industry regulations
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit and goal-oriented mindset
- Willingness to learn and grow within the insurance industry
- Sales, customer service, or business experience is a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
