What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prepping and painting channel letters, cabinets, and custom signage
- Working with automotive-grade paints, primers, and finishes
- Sanding, masking, and surface prep done properly (not rushed)
- Matching colors and maintaining consistent, high-quality finishes
- Working with the fabrication team to deliver a clean final product
Who We’re Looking For:
- 2–3+ years painting experience (sign industry preferred)
- Strong prep skills — you know paint is only as good as the prep
- Experience with spray equipment and finishing techniques
- Attention to detail — no runs, no shortcuts
- Someone who shows up, works hard, and takes pride in the result
