Pay$24–$30+ per hour for experienced painters and crew leaders
Pay depends on proven skill, speed, reliability, and leadership.

What We Do
· Residential exterior repainting
· Prep-heavy restoration work
· Pressure washing and wood cleaning
· Deck and fence staining
· Cedar siding restoration
· Airless spray applications
· Detailed brush and roller finish work
· Some interior repainting during rainy season
Requirements
· Minimum 3 years professional residential painting experience
· Residential repaint experience required
· At least 50 completed residential exterior repaint projects preferred
· Strong prep skills (scraping, priming, caulking, masking, sanding)
· Comfortable with airless sprayers and pressure washers
· Able to safely work on ladders up to 40’
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
· Own basic painter hand tools
· Respectful of customers, homes, pets, and team members
· Able to work independently and as part of a crew
