Bell Group Irrigation & Lighting is looking to add an experienced irrigation crew member to our team for the 2026 season.

Responsibilities
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone with real irrigation experience who can confidently work in the field.
You will be responsible for:
- Diagnosing and repairing irrigation system issues
- Replacing valves, sprinkler heads, nozzles, and fittings
- Controller programming and troubleshooting wiring problems
- Performing system inspections and performance checks
- Spring start-ups and winterizations
- Making system modifications and small installs
- Communicating clearly with customers about repairs and system needs
- Completing work orders and job documentation properly
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Irrigation Install Technician or similar irrigation service role
- Ability to troubleshoot systems independently
- Valid driver’s license
- Professional attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Pay & Benefits
Hourly Pay: $20–$30 per hour
Pay is based on experience, skill level, and ability to work independently.
Weekly Performance Bonus Program
Technicians who meet weekly production goals are eligible for additional bonus pay. Our bonus system rewards technicians who work efficiently, complete high-quality repairs, and maintain low callback rates.
Bonus eligibility is based on:
- Weekly service production
- Work quality
- Proper paperwork and documentation
- Professional customer interaction
High-performing technicians regularly earn additional pay through this program.
