EXPERIENCED** RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL OVERHEAD GARAGE DOOR TECHNICIAN Jobs in Clarksville, TN at Bradford Garage Doors, LLC
We are looking to hire two separate positions. One is a commercial/residential installation position and the other is primarily a service/repair technician position. Applicants must be experienced and proficient in residential or commercial garage door and operator troubleshooting, repair, service, and installation. Applicants must have time management skills, be detail-oriented, and professionally represent themselves and the company at all times. A valid TN driver’s license and clean driving record are required to operate company vehicle.
EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED, APPLICANTS MUST BE READY TO BEGIN WORKING ON JOB SITES INSTALLING AND/OR REPAIRING ANY OVERHEAD GARAGE DOOR ISSUES WITHOUT NEEDING ADDITIONAL TRAINING.
Responsibilities:
- Repair, replace and install overhead door components and operators
- Adhere to all codes, regulations & safety standards
- Ability to manage and complete work orders without supervision
Qualifications:
- Able to troubleshoot, repair and install doors and operators
- Exceptional work ethic
- Strong attendance record
- Excellent communication skills
- High school diploma
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Background check and drug screening
- At least two years of garage door service/installation experience
Physical Requirements:
- Physically able to move items weighing 50-100 lbs. and the ability to climb, reach, bend, kneel, etc. for extended periods
- Operate hand and power tools
- Always operate in a safety conscious manner while performing job duties
