MIG welder and assembler Jobs in Ingersoll at Phil Mauer & Associates
Straight Day shift is Monday to Thursday, 6 am 4:30 pm.
Full rate is $26.90.

Our repair facility is seeking an experienced MIG welder with a mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills.
The Job:
Safely, Accurately, Efficiently weld components. Use and read measuring devices to ensure quality standards are met. Use hand tools to repair product to customer standards. Maintain equipment and take pride in work area.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and customer standards
- Set up welding equipment and adjust settings as required
- Perform MIG welding on steel
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy
- Use hand tools to repair product
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications
- basic math
- hand and power tools
- Experience in MIG welding
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and assembly
- Experience with machining and plasma cutting is a plus
