We are an established dental office looking to add a full time experienced bilingual dental treatment coordinator to join our team!

We are an established and growing dental practice in Van Nuys seeking an experienced, Spanish-speaking Treatment Coordinator to join our team. Our office is known for exceptional patient care, a supportive team culture, and a commitment to professional growth. We are looking for someone who is confident, organized, patient-focused, and motivated to help patients improve their oral health.
What You’ll Do
- Present and explain treatment plans in a clear, compassionate, and professional manner and help them get treatment accepted
- Help patients understand the importance and benefits of recommended treatment
- Review insurance benefits and coordinate financial arrangements
- Obtain financial commitment and schedule treatment efficiently
- Follow up with patients who have pending treatment plans
- Verify and explain PPO, HMO, and Medi-Cal/Denti-Cal benefits
- Maintain accurate patient records, charting, and documentation
- Work closely with doctors, hygienists, and front office staff to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Support daily office operations and patient flow
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of dental office experience required
- Previous Treatment Coordinator experience strongly preferred
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of PPO, HMO, and Denti-Cal insurance plans
- Ability to discuss financial arrangements confidently and professionally
- Sales experience is a plus, but patient care and education are our top priorities
- Highly organized, dependable, and team-oriented

Language Requirement: Fluent Spanish and English
Hours: M-F 9am-6pm, Fri 8am-4pm
Must have at least 2 years dental experience and be Spanish speaking.
