Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean dining area.
Duties:
– Greet customers warmly and take their food and beverage orders
– Provide menu recommendations and answer questions regarding menu items
– Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
– Check on customers to ensure satisfaction with their meals
– Process payments using cash registers or POS systems
– Clean tables and dining areas
– Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and prompt service
Skills:
– Strong math skills for order processing and bill calculation
– Experience with cash handling and operating cash registers
– Hospitality mindset with a focus on guest relations
– Ability to upsell menu items and promote specials
– Proficiency in food service, including food preparation and serving
– Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
– Sales skills to increase revenue through suggestive selling
