Our client is a leader in the Entertainment sector and is seeking an energetic and highly organized individual to support a senior member of the Leadership Team, and play a key role in coordinating business activities and supporting their clients.
The ideal candidate has strong communications skills and thrives in fast-paced settings, and will bring previous administrative experience working in the entertainment sector or in events management.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide a high-level of executive support to a senior member of the Leadership Team
Coordination of meetings and functions, including arranging facilities, meeting materials, and any necessary travel arrangements
Liaise with clients, vendors and internal teams
Preparation of offer presentations and engagement
Compiling offer details and distributing contracts
Distribution of tour itineraries and schedules
Coordinating with entertainment venues and other vendor partners
Reviewing outstanding deposits
Event support and general coordination
Organize/maintain business and client contacts
Correspondence to various internal and external stakeholders
Assist with corporate and executive projects as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree from an accredited University or College preferred.
Previous experience working in the entertainment or live music sector would be ideal, experience in Events Management would be an asset
Desire to learn quickly and contribute in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment.
Outgoing personality and comfort dealing with many different personality times.
Ability to be accountable to goals and deadlines.
Strong Communication Skills.
Time Management Skills & Strong Work Ethic.
Focus on attention to detail.
A problem-solver that can be as cool as a cucumber.
Intermediate Knowledge of MS Word, MS Outlook, and MS Excel.
