Responsibilities of the Entry Level AT&T Associate
- Communicate with local business owners and decision-makers in both English and Spanish to introduce AT&T Business products and services.
- Learn and maintain knowledge of AT&T wireless plans, devices, and business solutions.
- Conduct needs-based consultations to understand each customer’s communication and mobility requirements.
- Explain products, services, promotions, and pricing clearly to both English- and Spanish-speaking customers
- Recommend customized wireless solutions that align with business goals and operational needs.
- Assist customers through the enrollment and activation process, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Meet and exceed individual sales and performance goals while contributing to team success.
Qualifications of the Entry Level AT&T Associate
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Spanish and English fluency required (spoken and written preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or related fields is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable engaging with business owners and presenting solutions professionally.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
