Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting students safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies. This role requires a strong focus on safety and the ability to operate various types of vehicles, including those requiring class 5 driving licenses.
Responsibilities.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulations..
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, routes, and deliveries as required by company policy..
- Perform basic automotive repairs and maintenance on vehicles when needed to ensure optimal performance.
Experience
- Proven experience in commercial driving, preferably with a valid class 5 driver’s license.
- Knowledge of basic automotive repair techniques is desirable.
- Delivery experience is an asset
