Job Title: Drain Technician
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Drain Technician to join our team. As a Drain Technician, you will be responsible for cleaning, unclogging and camera inspections of residential and commercial sewers and internal dwv systems such as kitchen and laundry drains. The ideal candidate should have experience in drain cleaning and light plumbing repair knowledge, possess excellent time management skills, be proficient in using power tools, and capable of working independently.
Duties:
– Perform cleaning and unclogging of drains using appropriate tools and equipment
– Repair or replace damaged pipes, fittings, or fixtures as needed
– Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete maintenance tasks
– Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding job progress
– Provide exceptional customer service while addressing drainage concerns
Qualifications:
– Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively
– Proficiency in using power tools for repair and maintenance purposes
– Capable of lifting heavy objects and working in physically demanding environments
– Strong communication skills to interact with team members and customers
– Prior experience in customer service roles is a plus
