Full job description
Responsibilities:
Helping prepare ingredients for meals by washing, cutting, peeling, and slicing ingredients. Wash worktables, cupboards, and appliances.
Keeping the kitchen clean by sweeping and mopping floors, including remove trash and cleaning kitchen garbage containers
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment as per Company requirements.
Following all Food Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, Health and Safety, company policies, and other programs and initiatives.
Other duties as required by the manager
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred
Knowledge of basic food handling and safety practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
