DESCRIPTION Sales and Performance Management:
Oversee the
sales performance
of multiple stores within your district. Develop strategies to achieve
sales targets
and drive profitability.
Operational Excellence:
Ensure that all stores within your district adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards. Implement operational initiatives to optimize efficiency and
customer satisfaction
.
Team Leadership
and Development:
Provide
leadership
, guidance, and support to store managers and their teams. Foster a positive
work environment
that encourages
teamwork

.
Merchandising
and
Inventory Management
:
Work closely with store managers to maintain optimal inventory levels, ensure effective
merchandising

Experience:

at every touchpoint.
Financial Management:
Monitor and analyze financial metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive profitability.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to safety, security, and legal obligations.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred).Proven experience as a District Manager or similar role in retail management.
