About Us
Complete Distribution Services Ltd is a direct to store distributor servicing the Canadian Prairies, & the Far North with Multi Temperature Distribution Services. We are an independently owned and operated company that was established in 1985.
The Role
Distribution Coordinators would work alongside their Distribution Supervisor/Manager as well as other Drivers in ensuring day-to-day duties are performed up to par! Your responsibilities would typically revolve around managing truck loading and offloading as well as staging skids and route coverage/help as needed.
What you’ll be doing:
Route coverage for drivers that are sick/vacation
Driver helper when required (when worker(s) have light duties)
Sorting and preparing WACL skids along with staging skids to appropriate docks for loading routes
Ensuring drivers have the correct paper work and helping to load trucks
Completing all necessary paperwork fully and accurately
Keeping track of warehouse supplies and reporting shortages as needed
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements
Who’s a good fit for the team:
You have leadership and team management skills
You have a neat appearance and strong customer service skills required
Preferably have a Class 3 or 1 license – in good standing
You are able to provide a clean criminal check, as security clearance is needed to access the building
You have your High School Diploma or equivalent GED
Physical demands and working conditions:
You can lift/carry 45-50lbs frequently
You can push/pull 50-250lbs
You have the physical ability to maneuver loaded hand carts over a variety of inclines and surfaces
You can perform frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and squatting
You can perform frequent reaching over shoulder, waist level, and from the floor

Salary: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
