Overview:

EPI Fire Protection Inc. is seeking a dedicated Client Service Scheduler/Dispatcher to manage a diverse set of small, medium and large client portfolios. You will join a team of Account Representatives, each handling their own portfolios, and report directly to the Client Services Manager.

This position is M-F, 8:00AM – 4:30PM. This is an in-house position at our head offices at 675 Garyray Dr, Toronto, ON.

Job Functions:

· Be the singular point of contact for a portfolio of clients

Answer all their calls, emails, respond to their requests – ensure they are taken care of

· Record important scope-of-work information on job tickets

· Schedule and Dispatch Fire Alarm and Sprinkler technicians for Inspections, Repairs and Service Calls

Pre-arrange visits with various customer personnel (site staff, property managers, contract managers, etc.) to ensure jobs go smoothly

· Obtain quotes, order and schedule necessary subcontractors and equipment to complete jobs.

· Create job tickets

· Send estimates to clients (estimates to be completed by our in-house Estimating team)

· Follow-up with clients to get estimates approved

· Convert approved estimates into job tickets

· Update job tickets to reflect changes (extra hours spent, extra materials used, reduce materials not used, etc.)

· Review jobs that you’ve scheduled after technicians attend and either schedule another visit, escalate to your manager, or close the job and send to Billing

· Update internal workflow-tracking databases

· Liaise with Field Supervisors to ensure inspection and service reports are submitted on time and contain the necessary amount and quality of information

Qualifications

· Have an excellent Client Experience mindset

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively

· Strong computer navigation skills – must be able to understand and navigate various softwares quickly

· Time management and organization skills

· Strong Attention to detail

· Ability to multitask

· STRONG ASSET: Experience in the Fire Protection Industry

· ASSET: Experience in any field services industry that requires regulatory inspections and repair of any deficiencies found, such as:

Elevator/Escalator Industry
Boilers, Pressure Vessels & Piping
Rail Transportation Industry
Aviation (MRO)
Chemical and Process Industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
