“`Job Summary“`
We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatch Supervisor to join our team. The Dispatch Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our dispatch and call center department, ensuring target ETAs are being met, and team planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating the Dispatchers. Creating an environment that achieves customer service/satisfaction.
“`Duties“`
-Maintain regular communication with all staff to address any issues or concerns
-Organize work-flow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
-Meet with staff who are having difficulties understanding or following new/current instructions or Policies
-Meet with staff who have regular incidents of absenteeism and tardiness
-Meet with staff regarding conduct, report to management for disciplinary measures
-Email Admin to make notes in the Busters employee’s files of discussion, attendance, conduct, discipline, etc.
-Receive Driver complaints and resolve problems before they become grievances
-Pass on information from Management to staff and vice versa
-Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures
-Assist Dispatch with jobs, drivers, drivers cash outs, computer/system issues, etc.
-Fill in for Dispatch or Call Taker if unable to find replacement
-Review event information and stats prior to the date of the event to schedule extra staff if required.
-Follow up with payroll regarding Employee’s hours, vacations, approved overtime, and any changes regarding employment
-Monitor office equipment and ensure prompt repair or replacement when necessary (POS machine, phones, Dispatch radio/headsets, etc)
-Anticipate escalation and assist employees when required
-Follow Busters On-Boarding Program and meet with all new trainees as per procedure
-Complete Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly duties. A detailed list will be provided separately.

-Dispatch experience and shows an excellent understanding of the Company’s dispatch procedures
-Demonstrates leadership & people management
-Proven ability to stimulate a growing environment
-HR and training experience
-Customer service exposure
-Resources Planning software experience
-Business diploma/degree or equivalent experience
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
