Job Overview
We’re looking for a dependable and hardworking Dishwasher / Kitchen Hand to join our kitchen team. This dual-role position is perfect for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes, keeps things clean and organized, and wants to build their skills in a professional kitchen. You’ll help keep our dish area running smoothly while supporting basic prep tasks during service.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dish pit and surrounding kitchen areas
- Assist with basic food prep tasks such as chopping, portioning, and stocking
- Follow all health and safety guidelines for food handling and sanitation
- Take out garbage and recycling, sweep/mop kitchen floors, and support daily cleaning duties
- Work closely with the kitchen team to support smooth and efficient service
- Jump in wherever needed—this is a team-first position
What We’re Looking For
- No prior kitchen experience required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to stay focused and organized during busy shifts
- Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced, hot environment
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to be part of a team
- Understanding of basic food safety and cleanliness standards (training provided)
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
