What will you be doing as our Director of People Experience?
Develop an audit program that samples HR policies, procedures and systems and make amendments based on legislative promulgations
Manage the HRIS system (currently BambooHR)
Resolve sensitive conflicts and concerns with clear and concise processes
Act as HR Consultant to all levels of management to guide them in handling all talent opportunities and challenges while retaining company values and alignment with strategic goals
Own the Talent Sustainability process by linking it to the company strategy
Collaborate with our team of Directors by contributing creative and practical ideas to address immediate concerns and long term issues
Develop strategic business plans by identifying HR opportunities, assessing implications and risks to success, and providing recommendations for mitigating risks and maximizing outcomes
Continuously evaluate and refine departmental processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in delivering exceptional People Experience services
