Full job description

We’re a local first aid company looking for an Accounts Receivable/Payable Clerk to handle invoicing for first aid courses and products, recording payments, entering and paying invoices and preparing monthly reports.

Responsibilities

Prepares work by gathering and sorting post-course paperwork and rosters

Creates invoices for courses and products using Sage 50

Collects payment for invoices and follows up on delinquent accounts

Pays invoices and records transactions

Contributes to team effort by helping with registration phone calls, greeting customers etc. when needed

Preparing monthly reports

All candidates should possess the following:

Proven customer service skills

Experience using Sage 50 accounting software

Broad knowledge base of first aid supplies is an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
