Digital Marketing Specialist’s role is to observe various media channels as well as assess the performance of the digital advertisements over various platforms. The person in this role will make important decisions about all aspects of digital campaigns management including strategic placement of ads as well as ensuring maximum ROI.
What You’ll Be Doing
Execute display advertising tactics including keyword research and expansion
Create ads, monitor campaign performance and audience/placement analysis/recommendations
Continually evaluate and improve effectiveness of campaigns through bid management, keyword analysis and geo-targeting
Perform best practices for departmental procedures that facilitate workflow
Maintain open lines of communication with different departments
Tracking and reporting of Web Analyst daily activities
Monitoring industry changes and benchmarking against online competitors
Designing, directing, and monitoring solutions to acquire and retain users
Must Haves
What you’ll need to be successful:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Digital Marketing)
3 – 5 years of experience in website traffic and data metrics analysis
Google Analytics and Ad Words Certified
Data-driven performance optimization methodologies
Advanced Excel knowledge
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Nice To Haves
Experience with Google Ad display network, as well as Facebook and Bing ads
Familiarity with Systems modeling and functional specification
Knowledge of user interface
