Dental Assistant

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable Dental Assistant to join our fast-paced dental office. The ideal candidate should be patient-focused, soft-spoken, and able to work effectively in a team environment. Dental knowledge is required, and experience with dental administration and practice management software will be considered an asset.

Languages Preferred: English, Hindi, and Punjabi.

Responsibilities

  • Chairside dental assisting
  • Sterilization of instruments and equipment in accordance with IPAC guidelines
  • COVID-19 patient screening procedures
  • Opening and closing clinic duties
  • Maintaining sterilization records and clinic documentation
  • Supporting daily clinical operations
  • Assisting with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Dental Assistant certification or dental background preferred
  • Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
  • IPAC certification preferred
  • CPR certification preferred
  • HARP certification preferred
  • Experience with dental software is an asset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Brampton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

  • Dental Assisting: 1 year (preferred)
  • Dental Assistants: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Certified Dental Assistant (preferred)
