E4 Ops, LLC is a locally owned and operated Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) based in Mankato, MN (Station WMN7). We deliver Amazon packages across southern Minnesota and are building a high-performing team focused on safety, reliability, and execution.

About the Role
As a Delivery Associate with E4 Ops, you’ll operate a company-provided delivery van (Ford Transit or RAM ProMaster) to deliver Amazon packages to homes and businesses.
This is an active, physically demanding job with dense routes and frequent stops. You’ll be moving most of the day and handling a high volume of packages. If you enjoy staying busy and working outdoors, you’ll thrive here.
What You’ll Do
- Safely deliver Amazon packages to residential and commercial locations
- Operate a company-provided delivery van (under 10,000 lbs GVWR)
- Complete ~180–250 package deliveries per shift
- Lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Enter and exit the vehicle frequently throughout the day
- Use company-issued technology and Amazon delivery apps
- Maintain high standards for safety, accuracy, and professionalism
Safety is non-negotiable. Drivers must follow all safety policies and driving standards at all times.
Schedule
- Typical shifts: 10 AM – 8 PM (10-hour shifts)
- Full-Time: 4 days per week (4 on / 3 off)
- Part-Time: 1–3 days per week
- Weekend availability required
- Overtime and extra routes available for top performers
Pay & Benefits
- $22.00/hour Base Pay
- $25.00/hour Top Performers
- Performance incentives available for top drivers

Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license (no CDL required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and complete high-movement routes
- Clean driving record and background verification
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Comfortable using mobile apps and GPS navigation
