Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic busser to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Busser you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service. Your ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with both the kitchen staff and front-of-house team will be essential for maintaining our high standards of hospitality.
Duties
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
- Assist servers by providing support during busy service periods, through bussing and clearing tables
- Ensure that the dining area is clean, organized, and welcoming for guests at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive dining experience for all guests.
- Assist in food preparation when necessary, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with banquet service or food preparation is a plus.
- Ability to operate POS systems; experience with Aloha POS is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift items as needed.

Pay: $12.73 – $13.64 per hour
