Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Delivery Driver to join our team. This role involves the delivery and pickup of materials, supplies, and equipment to various job sites and suppliers. Responsibilities include loading, unloading, and organizing materials from the warehouse, maintaining job site organization upon delivery, and ensuring adherence to safety standards and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver materials safely and on time to multiple locations in the GTA.
- Load/unload vehicles and operate equipment (e.g., forklift, scissor lift).
- Maintain delivery logs, vehicle inspections, and inventory checks.
- Follow safety protocols (MOL/MTO standards) and wear PPE when appropriate.
- Assist with warehouse tasks and general vehicle upkeep.
- Comply with all safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure loads are secured according to Ministry of Transportation (MTO) standards.
- Participate in safety training sessions and maintain knowledge of standard safety procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid class D license and clean driving record.
- Forklift license is a definite asset.
- Experience with large delivery vehicles.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Experience driving in downtown Toronto.
- Able to lift 20kg.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
