Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Deck Builder/Laborer to join our team. As a Deck Builder/Laborer, you will work alongside our experienced team to construct high-quality decks for our clients. This role involves various tasks, including but not limited to:
Assisting with the construction of decks, including framing, decking, and railing installation
Operating power tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Handling materials, lifting heavy objects, and performing physical labor as needed
Following blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure accuracy and quality
Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Adhering to safety protocols and regulations at all times
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in deck building, carpentry, or construction preferred
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
Proficiency with power tools and equipment
Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
